Good Governance & Strategic Thinking
This is a practical programme combining learned, scientific and military expertise with diplomatic and political experience to support democratic governments and institutions with objective and impartial support in times of crisis and threat.
The programme brings together expert practitioners, policy makers and senior decision takers. Its bespoke “Strategy teams” provide long-term counselling, not short-term advice or consultancy; these teams work closely with those tasked with solving problems and assisting them to develop their own local solutions to difficult problems.
The programme head, Audrius Butkevičius, is an experienced political and military analyst from Lithuania.
